ParaPlan currently supports over 50 Paratransit agencies with fleets ranging from 2 to 65 vehicles. We built the system from our groundbreaking scheduling tools developed in the 1990's. From this exciting beginning, we have developed a complete suite of products supporting all Paratransit services.

Client trip requests are a breeze with ParaPlan. New
reservations can be made from previous ones in only 3 mouse clicks. ParaPlan
can then recommend the best vehicle or the user can select the desired

Driver schedules are finalized using ParaPlan's
Schedule Editor. Plan your routes, vehicles and driver schedules using our intuitive approach
to scheduling. Use our 'batch method' to optimize your routes or create your own routes and let ParaPlan check their

ParaPlan also supports agencies that provide on-demand service. Our
live dispatch module allows multiple users to dispatch and timestamp
each trip as they occur.

After the drivers have completed their work, ParaPlan users can quickly
reconcile the data using our Route Logs module. Users
can adjust actual schedules, track no-shows, input mileages and actual

Once your driver schedules have been documented and verified, ParaPlan
generates several powerful reports. These
reports include passenger counts/miles, revenue miles, specialized
services and much more. ParaPlan currently supports the state mandated reporting requirements for PA,
NJ, KS, MO, VA and AR. We have many reports available with your purchase of ParaPlan, but we can also
build custom reports and/or you can use our powerful Query Builder
to create and export any ParaPlan Report Data >>
