01 Q: I am running 2 different versions of Microsoft
Access on my computer. How do I target ParaPlan to launch
using Access 2003 specifically?
01 A: Right-click the ParaPlan icon on
your desktop and select Properties. Change the 'Target' box to
the following in 1 line:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\msaccess.exe" "C:\Program
Files\ParaPlan\ParaPlan.mdb"
02 Q: Our ParaPlan users cannot get into scheduling.
They are receiving a box that reads 'Scheduling is currently locked
by another user. Please try again in 1 minute'?
02 A: Goto ParaPlan->Administration and uncheck Date Load Lock
and Scheduling Lock.
