EnGraph was founded by Carl E. Kurt, Ph.D. in 1987. He started the company to provide software tools and supplies for architecture and engineering firms. These tools were first built around CAD and then soon to GIS (Geographic Information Systems). The evolution of 1990's GIS technology yielded EnGraph's partnership with MapInfo Corporation.
This partnership led to EnGraph's development of the first routing algorithms using the MapInfo platform. In 1999, EnGraph built ParaPlan from these algorithms to assist the Paratransit industry's need for scheduling optimization.
Everything we do now is fueled by customer interaction. We have over 50 sites using EnGraph software where they continually share issues and ideas with us. ParaPlan was built to work with any agency's needs. Please join all of us in making small to medium sized Paratransit operations much easier.
ParaPlan was first installed in 2000 and built on EnGraph's
efficient routing routines where it quickly grew into a complete solution
for any agency. Moving to ParaPlan is simple...
we will import your existing data, discuss the proper version for your
needs and quickly take your operation live.
