EnGraph was founded in 1999 and is based in the Kansas City area. The roots of the company were grown from engineering and geographic information systems programming. From this background, we developed a series of powerful routing algorithms to solve complex transportation scheduling dilemmas.
This technology served as the cornerstone for our flagship software product, ParaPlan. ParaPlan is an enterprise-level application for small to medium sized Paratransit and NEMT service providers. It was first installed in the summer of 2000 at the American Red Cross in Grand Rapids, MI. They still use ParaPlan everyday, providing efficient transportation service to its customers. EnGraph was reorganized as EnGraph Software in 2009 and as of May 2013, ParaPlan is operating in 22 states for 43 transit agencies. We are a small company that focuses on other small companies, hence our slogan, “Big Solutions for Small Transit.”
The owners, Kyle Archer and Tim Hibbard, have over 25 years of combined experience with the development and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Our CEO, Tim Hibbard, has been featured in 3 magazines, Topeka News Channel 47 and Sky News UK for his development work in the transit industry.
