EnGraph was founded in 1999 and is based in the Kansas City area. The roots of the company were grown from Transportation Engineering and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) programming.
This experience served as the cornerstone for our flagship software product, ParaPlan, an enterprise-level application for small to medium sized Paratransit and NEMT service providers. It was first installed in the summer of 1999 at the American Red Cross in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They still use ParaPlan everyday, providing efficient volunteer transportation service to its riders. When we created ParaPlan Mobile for iPhone & iPad in 2012, we delivered the most enjoyable mobile interface in the industry. We became leaders in digital dispatch applications by staying focused on Apple iOS, the most reliable mobile ecosystem in the world.
As of March 2016, ParaPlan is currently operating in 26 States and Canada at over 80 transportation providers. We are simply a small company that helps other small companies, hence our slogan…
“Big Solutions for Small Transit.”
The owners, Kyle Archer and Tim Hibbard, have over 30 years of combined experience with the development and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Our President, Tim Hibbard, has been featured in 3 magazines, Topeka News Channel 47 and Sky News UK for his development work in the transportation industry.
